How we share information

We share your information only as needed to operate the platform:

With employers when you apply to their posted role — your application materials are made available to that employer.
With service providers that help us run the platform, such as payment processing and email delivery. These providers are bound to handle your data only on our behalf.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the platform.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Resumes and application documents

Resumes you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled location and are only shared with the employer for the role you applied to. We validate uploaded files for type and size before storing them.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the contact below.

Your choices

Email alerts: every alert email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can manage all alerts from your account.
Account: you can update your profile information or close your account at any time.
Marketing: you can opt out of promotional communications using the link in those messages.

Security

We use access controls, row-level database protections, and encrypted connections to help protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to safeguard your data using reasonable measures appropriate to its sensitivity.
