An organic job post is a free listing — up to three per employer per calendar month. It is reviewed by our moderation team, stays live for 30 days, and appears in search results by relevance and date. Like the national boards, an organic listing moves down the results page as newer jobs are posted, so it loses visibility over time. Applications still arrive in your employer dashboard, and you can download every applicant's resume.
Sponsored Boost is a flat $100 per month — a $3/day baseline budget — instead of the $0.10 to $5.00+ per click that Indeed charges on a $5/day ($150/month) baseline. There is no bidding, no per-click cost, and no overage. Your listing holds sponsored slots at the top of search results and on matching county and category pages for as long as the subscription is active, and you can pause or cancel at any time.
A contact credit unlocks one candidate in the Maryland healthcare resume database: their full resume, email, and phone number, saved permanently to your unlock history. Searching the database is always unlimited on every paid resume plan — credits are only spent when you reveal a candidate. Standard includes 30 contact credits per month, Professional includes 100, and Unlimited has no cap. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
Results are ordered featured first, then sponsored slots, then all remaining listings by relevance and recency. A Featured Job Post ($99) holds top-of-search placement with a highlighted card for 30 days and is included in the weekly candidate alert email. Sponsored Boost holds sponsored slots for the life of the subscription. A Single Job Post ($49) keeps a fixed 30-day placement, and free organic posts rank below both.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe pro-rates the difference. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so your posts, featured credits, and contact credits stay available until then. You can change or cancel any plan from the Subscription and credits panel in your employer dashboard.
